Brett M. Tolpin

Brett Tolpin has over 20 years of experience practicing intellectual property (IP) law and guiding his clients in achieving their intellectual property goals. Since 2008, as the founder of Tolpin & Partners, P.C., he has first-hand knowledge of the challenges of running a business and what it takes to overcome them. As a result, he takes a unique blended legal/business approach to achieving the best outcomes for his clients pertaining to IP and business matters.
Mark R. Bagley

Mark is an experienced litigator, and he has successfully litigated federal lawsuits through the trial phase. He has experienced all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, preparation of experts, trial preparation, trial and appeal.
Mark’s litigation experience includes cases involving trademark infringement, patent infringement, copyright infringement, and unfair trade practices. He has also litigated numerous commercial disputes, involving topics such as breach of contract, defamation, and cybersquatting. He has represented clients in mediation, arbitration and administrative proceedings of all types, including internet domain name dispute proceedings.
