Thomas Tolpin has over 40 years of experience in intellectual property (IP) law. In 2008 he co-founded Tolpin & Partners, P.C., a full service IP law firm which efficiently and inexpensively provides for complex and routine IP matters. For decades, Tom has maintained an outstanding record for counseling clients in IP matters. From patent prosecution to trial strategy, Tom creates innovative solutions and strategies tailored to the needs of his clients. He counsels clients in increasing the scope and protection of patents and trademarks, as well as the acquisition of IP assets.
Mark R. Bagley
Mark has successfully litigated federal lawsuits through the trial phase. He has experienced all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, preparation of experts, trial preparation, trial and appeal.
Mark’s litigation experience includes cases involving trademark infringement, copyright infringement, unfair trade practices, and patent infringement. He has also litigated numerous commercial disputes, involving topics such as breach of contract, defamation, and cybersquatting in state and federal courts. He has represented clients in mediation, arbitration and administrative proceedings of all types, including internet domain name proceedings.
